ESI is a medium/light-duty rack and pinion mast climbing work platform designed to offer versatility and efficiency.

Use
ESI is the ideal lifting solution for various tasks, including new constructions, renovations, painting, insulation installation, roof restoration, inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and the installation of insulation and finishing systems.
It is specifically designed for work in restricted access areas (such as historic city centers and narrow entry points). Easy to move, assemble, and dismantle, it simplifies operations on-site.

Characteristics
ESI is an electric lifting platform designed to lift both personnel and materials. It has a load capacity ranging from 1 to 2.8 tons, with a lifting speed of 10 m/min.
The 1.00 m wide platform minimizes the space required for transportation and storage while providing workers with sufficient space to operate comfortably and efficiently.
The platform is extremely intuitive and is operated simply by moving a lever.
The same machine can be configured as either a Single-mast or Twin-mast version. The twin-mast version is achieved simply by connecting the 2 lifting units with beams.
RACK AND PINION SYSTEM
The rack and pinion system ensures smooth and stable movement of the platform during ascent and descent. The rack is hot-dip galvanized and made of hardened special steel, providing greater durability and extended operational life. This design guarantees reliable performance, even in demanding working conditions.
FRAME AND ROLLERS
The frame and rollers ensure precise and smooth movement along the mast.
BASE FRAME
ESI is equipped with a base frame with wheels, allowing for easy movement on flat surfaces.
In tight spaces, the machine can be installed with a reduced base frame. When greater stability is required, stabilizer arms can be added, providing enhanced support and safety.
PLATFORM FLOORING
ESI can be equipped with either a metal or wooden floor, depending on customer requirements and preferences.
AUTOMATIC LEVELING DEVICE
This device is included when the machine is used in the twin mast version. It keeps the platform level and stable in case of tilting due to unevenly distributed loads on the platform.
