ESC-1000 is a transport platform with loading capacity of 1000 kg. / lbs 2246

It is possible to lift material and personnel in a safe and easy way.

It can be installed alone for flat renovation or to serve traditional scaffolds for buildings renovation and new construction.

Use

ESC-1000 is the ideal lifting solution to carry out different processes: new constructions, renovations, paints, insulation laying, roof renovation, inspection, cleaning, maintenance and installation of insulation and finishing systems.

ESC-1000 allows to lift people and material avoiding the use of stairs to go up and down on the scaffold, increasing work efficiency and productivity.

Characteristics

ESC-1000 is an electric transport platform, lifting material and personnel, with loading capacity of 1000 kg.  – double speed (12 m./min – 39,37 ft/min with personnel on board – 24 m./min – 78,74 ft/min. with only material). Commands on board.

Simple to move, assemble, and disassemble, making it suitable for any site—even those with space constraints.

Intuitive operation via a push-button control, ensuring labor efficiency and rapid setup.

Stop at the floor can be programmed to reach set points.

Rack and pinion guide the machine up and down.

Chassis and rollers ensure perfect movement along the column.

A safety device activated by speeding prevents fatal falls.

Base Frame

The base frame in solid steel is equipped with 4 levelling jacks easy to adjust thanks to their design with gears.

The base can be equipped with nylon wheels to displace the machine in an easier way.

The lifting unit is equipped with 2 gearmotor of 3,1 kW, a safety device “parachute” stopping the machine in case of over-speeding and a load control stopping the machine when overloading.

A steel cage with the ramps size 1,8 x 1,4 x 1,1 m is equipped with 2 loading and 1 unloading ramp that can be mounted freely in the 3 positions.

The cage has space necessary to host 5 workers + material.
